Project Summary
|
The specific objective of the project is to establish an SME lending programme funded from the EBRD credit line and to ensure through an institution building programme that the commitment of Rodovid Bank to SME lending is sustainable on a long-term perspective. The core of this task is to set up an SME unit and to induce Rodovid Bank to introduce new lending methodologies based upon efficient approval procedures and cashflow-based credit analysis so as both to expand its SME business and enhance its profitability. | |
