Consultants are encouraged to further develop their technical and management skills, and intensify their contacts. Staff development is geared towards GFA’s corporate strategy and objectives. Performance enhancing target agreements and participation in the strategy process further safeguard quality, efficiency and customer orientation.
Change processes within GFA are facilitated through a wide range of advanced trainings which are regularly evaluated and updated. The focus is on consulting skills, client-specific, technical and IT courses and foreign languages. Minimum standards for all staff levels and fields of work have been defined. An in-house training unit manages the advanced training process by means of regular needs assessments and web-based coordination of courses offered.
