GFA wins KfW-financed Sustainable Land Management II project in Ethiopia

Ethiopia is one of the Sub-Saharan Africa countries most seriously affected by land degradation, a major cause for low agricultural productivity. Success story: Sustainable Economic Development and Employment Promotion program in Afghanistan

GFA celebrates Christmas in Ukraine

On 7 December 2016, GFA organized a Christmas reception at Hotel Fairmont in Kyiv, Ukraine in order to celebrate its long standing history and achievements in the country. Climate strategy and action plan launched in Serbia

On 13 Sept 2016, the EU-funded Climate Strategy and Action Plan project implemented by a GFA-led consortium was launched in Belgrade. Until January 2018, the project will help the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to prepare a national Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan. The plan will establish a framework for climate action in Serbia in compliance with the country’s climate pledges and the EU accession process
