Biodiversity-based products for livelihoods improvement

The Biodiversity-based Products (BBP) project is implemented by GFA on behalf of GIZ and in cooperation with the ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity in the Philippines. Until 2019, ASEAN Heritage Parks and a National Protected Area in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam are to become a source for the improvement of livelihoods and biodiversity protection. Russian Sustainable Energy Financing Facility completed

One of the sustainable energy financing facilities GFA has been assisting on behalf of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has been successfully completed in Russia in February 2016.  EBRD established the Russian Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (RuSEFF) in April 2009 as a credit line to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy investments of local businesses through participating financial institutions

GFA ISO 9001 certificate renewed

GFA Consulting Group has been ISO certified since 2010. In spring 2016, an independent certification body assessed GFA's quality management system in an external audit. As a result, GFA's ISO 9001 certificate was renewed until September 2018. Association agreement between Ukraine and European Union launched

On 19 May 2016, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Ivanna Klympush-Tsyntsadze, EU Ambassador to Ukraine, Jan Tombinski and Head of the EU Support Group to Ukraine, Peter Wagner launched the EU funded Support to the Implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and European Union project in Kiev. REENOVA+ Facility to finance energy efficiency improvements in Croatia

Since January 2016, GFA has been implementing REENOVA+, a Facility by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for financing energy efficiency improvements in homes and households in Croatia.
