Health Sector Policy Support Program

The Technical Assistance to the Health Sector Policy Support Programme (PAPS) financed by the 10th EDF aimed at improving the health situation of the population of Burkina Faso. It comprised two components – sector budget support and institutional support – directed at strengthening an array of key functions of the Ministry of Health at central and at decentralized levels. In order to achieve this objective, part of the international technical assistance was provided to the directorate of financial administration (DAF) of the MoH for support in the domain of “financial monitoring and public finances”.
