Rural Credit Guarantee Fund (RCGF)
The project aims at supporting the setup of a Rural Credit Guarantee Fund (RCGF) in Albania to encourage banks and non-bank financial institutions to provide financial services to farmers and rural businesses in Albania on a sustained basis. GFA also provides tailor-made technical assistance to RCGF’s partner financial institutions in order to increase their willingness and capability to provide financial services for rural MSMEs, hence leveraging project impact for final beneficiaries.
