Only if we know exactly where our strengths and possible weaknesses lie, will we in future be able to find the best. This is the main reason why GFA has joined a competition on Hamburg’s best employers. The daily newspaper Hamburger Abendblatt and 3 renowned scientific institutes, The Helmut Schmidt University, The Northern Business School and the Institute IMWF have initiated an employees’ based company survey on the basis of the renowned EFQM and other critieria (see: http://www.hamburgs-beste-arbeitgeber.de/ for more detail).
