Project description
At the core of the project’s advisory concept is an expert platform which pools international and na-tional expertise on the clusters and chapters of the acquis most relevant for the rule of law, supplemented by auxiliary personnel for translation, interpreting and platform management. The platform is rather a virtual place where different experts are gathered.
Job description
Key Expert will be responsible for
- contributing in particular to the identification and selection of short-term experts with high level inter-national experience;
- investigating possible risks to the assignment of experts with international and national experience, using open source and human intelligence approaches.
Qualifications
Your experience:
- 10 years of professional experience in investigations related to high-profile experts (e.g. as a journalist, private investigator, fact checker or similar);
- 5 years of professional experience related to rule of law reforms in Ukraine;
- 10 years of professional experience in or with Ukraine.
