Working student (f/m/d) in our Human Resources Department (10-20 hours/week)
We, at GFA’s human resources department, take care of our employees: we are responsible for managing GFA’s entire employee experience, from when an individual begins working at GFA and, finally, when they leave it. We are supporting our employees in administration i.e. in complying with labour regulations on working hours and conditions. We make sure that employees receive the correct salary and benefits based on their employment status, working hours, and pay rates. We provide learning and development opportunities that help employees to continually update their skills and improve their job performance. We do everything to create a healthy work environment and encourage positive employee relationships.
Your tasks
- You will support our HR management in administrative tasks like recording information, processing documents, and assisting in updating and maintaining our internal database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- You will manage and monitor technology and data the HR department uses, including payroll, employee data, surveys, interviews, and more. Using the data you collect; you’ll help the company make strategic decisions about human resources policies.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Very good command of German and English.
- Interest in international development cooperation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Analytic mindset with attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable and solution orientated.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enjoy working in a diverse, international team environment.
