Working student (f/m/d) in our Recruitment Department (10-20 hours/week)The recruitment and long-term binding of top-tier experts are key to our success in winning international development tenders and implementing impactful projects. By building strong relationships with professionals and maintaining regular contact with the experts in our ongoing initiatives, the Recruitment Department contributes to meaningful and sustainable development worldwide.
Your tasks
- Database Management: Assist in updating and maintaining our internal database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Communication: Support in reaching out to experts for specific vacancies.
- Research: Conduct independent searches for experts and potential partners for various international projects, using English (and preferably French). Present and format search results in structured and professional manner.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, social science, psychology or a related field.
- Very good command of English, proficiency in French is a strong asset.
- Interest in international development cooperation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Analytic mindset with attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable and solution-orientated.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enjoy working in a diverse, international team environment.
