C³ newsletter edition 11/2018: Capacity development programs

2018 marked yet another exciting year of very diverse learning experiences involving the C³ methodology. The C³ newsletter 2018 summarizes a selection of capacity development activities implemented around the globe (Indonesia, Guyana, Serbia, Bangladesh, Côte D’Ivoire, Uganda and Egypt). It highlights our specific experiences with respect to designing capacity development programs, developing training schemes in the Energy and Governance sectors, and offers some thoughts on outreach and sustainability and the importance of local trainer teams.
