HAMBURG'S FINANCE SENATOR DRESSEL VISITS GFA
On May 22, Dr. Andreas Dressel (SPD), Hamburg's Finance Senator and Member of the Hamburg Parliament for Alstertal/Walddörfer, visited GFA headquarters in Hamburg Volksdorf. During a tour of the GFA campus, Dressel learned about GFA's work in projects worldwide and in the Hanseatic city itself. Topics of discussion included GFA's involvement in the Hamburg Energy Cluster and its collaboration with Hamburg institutions involved in urban planning. In particular, Anja Desai, Managing Director, pointed out that “GFA enjoys contributing to solutions elaborated between our international experts and the expertise of Hamburg innovative business and research.” The Senator also visited the construction site of the new office building on the campus. With more than 400 employees in Hamburg (worldwide 1,400), GFA is an important employer in the district of Volksdorf.
