GFA ISO 9001 certificate renewed
GFA Consulting Group has been ISO certified since 2010. In summer 2018, an independent certification body assessed GFA's quality management system in an external audit. As a result, GFA's ISO 9001 certificate was renewed until 2021 according to the new ISO 9001:2015. This acknowledges the company's very good quality management system. GFA's quality management according to ISO 9001 allows the company to react quickly to the complex and changing challenges of international cooperation while safeguarding a consistent high quality of services.
The ISO 9000 series of standards, introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1987 is the international standard for quality management of the production and services sector.
ISO 9001 is GFA's platform to standardize and optimize processes and to safeguard a consistent high quality of services for its clients. The latter can be sure that GFA works according to a standardized system. Unambiguous and transparent processes serve as a clear orientation for GFA staff and simplify the initial training of new employees.
