Improving the quality of employment for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Egypt

In the GIZ project Labour Market Access Project (LMAP) in Egypt, GFA implements one field of activity: Improving the quality of employment for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the Suez Canal region covering the governorates of Ismailia, Port-Said and Suez. The project's objective is the improvement of the employment situation for young Egyptians. Besides a supervisory skills training, the companies shown in the video participated in our job quality competition and implement measures to improve the quality of employment.
