Improving the quality of employment for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Egypt

In the GIZ project Labour Market Access Project (LMAP) in Egypt, GFA implements the activity "Improving the quality of employment for Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Suez Canal region, covering the governorates of Ismailia, Port-Said and Suez". The project's objective is to improveme the employment situation for young Egyptians. The project produced two videos: Besides a supervisory skills training, the companies shown in the first video participated in our job quality competition and implemented measures to improve the quality of employment. The training concept comes from the C³ Unit for Better Learning. The second video is about the project closure and gives a detailed project summary.
