C³ Energy – Sustainable Hydropower Program: Consultancy Services for Accompanying Measures
This program aims at improve capacity within the State Electricity Company (PLN – Perus-ahaan Listrik Negara) in strategic and sustainable planning, development and implementation of hydropower projects, in compliance with international standards. A consortium of the German utility Uniper Kraftwerke, consulting firms GFA Consulting Group and AF-Consult, supported by PT Kwarsa Hexagon, will implement the service.
Planned activities (refined by a Training Needs Assessment) will entail training workshops based on the C³ methodology, E-Learning formats and platforms, on-the-job-training and coaching (during planning and implementation of selected template projects) as well as lectures and study tours. Training activities will be developed together with PTN’s Corporate University Pusdiklat.
