Capacity development of civil servants at the local level: Citizen-oriented State Reform Program

GFA supported the program "Citizen-oriented State Reform" in capacity building of civil servants at local level, with respect to the following three courses of action:
1. Wording of the projects plan and budget
2. Implementation of public policies in terms of the modernization of public sector management and social policy
3. Horizontal and vertical accountability
GFAs contribution focused on formative training. Its objective was to improve the institutional capacities of the public institutions which were advised during the program.
