The Asia/Pacific Regional Team for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) launched a restricted call for proposals in four lots. The overall objective of this call is to provide support to in-country civil society actors in peace building and preparedness. The global objective is to recruit assessors to assist the contracting authority in the selection of the best bids received under the mentioned call for proposals, and to achieve a high quality, complete and coherent selection process of projects in line with the criteria set in the guidelines for applicants. The specific objectives are the technical assessment of concept notes, and, subsequently, the technical and financial assessment of the full applications in accordance with guidelines provided by the contracting authority, including administrative and eligibility checks.
