FWC Lot 4: Ex-post evaluation of the Poverty Reduction Programme IV (PRP)
The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the relevant services of the European Union and interested stakeholders with
- an overall independent assessment of the performance of the Poverty Reduction Programme IV, paying particular attention to the different levels of results achieved against expected targets and the reasons for these results,
- key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations to improve current and future interventions.
In particular, this evaluation shall assess
- the extent to which PRP IV achieved its expected results, particularly in contributing to improved access to education, health, safety and behavior change services; income generation and employment opportunities; and increased participation of residents in community development initiatives,
- the evaluation will also specifically analyze how PRP IV has contributed (or not) to increased coordination of social intervention initiatives in the communities by the CRP Secretariat.
