Fiscal Agent Services
GFA, in a consortium with CKP, acted as Fiscal Agent on behalf of the Millennium Challenge Account Philippines (MCA) which sought to reduce poverty through economic growth, upgrading infrastructure, raising revenue collection effectiveness and fighting corruption through the redesign of tax collection systems. The total value of funds was around 434 million US dollars. GFA experts performed all services required to achieve optimum value for money. Based on an automated accounting system, they were responsible for all financial transactions.
