Fiscal Agent Services and Procurement Advisor

The Fiscal and Procurement Agent provided a broad range of financial and procurement and supply chain management services to the Principal Recipient (PR) for the implementation of the activities funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. In this capacity, GFA ensured that all financial and procurement management activities were conducted in strict compliance with the applicable principles, rules and procedures as set out by the Global Fund and the PR, and that the risk of fraud or misuse of grant funds was mitigated.
