Introduction of an intranet-based information system for the GFA Consulting Group

The GFA Consulting Group was in the need to provide information of its growing data stock to staff working in the headquarter and the projects abroad. At the mean time, the improvement of the internal communication processes and the layout of a future Knowledge management system was required.
For this purpose, a concept for a company intranet for publishing of internal information was elaborated. The system is based on a Content Management System allowing staff members to publish information without the need of programming skills.
A second stage of extension provided knowledge management functionalities.
