Lot 3, analysis of the Annex VII return implementation strategy remaining needs

The project supported the implementation of the Revised Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Strategy for Annex VII of the Dayton Peace Agreement, focusing on displaced persons and returnees. It involved data collection, analysis, and needs assessment to evaluate access to social welfare, healthcare, education, and employment. Through field surveys, stakeholder engagement, and ICT system assessment, the project aimed at improving inclusion and sustainability. By addressing gaps in legal frameworks and institutional coordination, it ensured actionable recommendations to enhance the rights and living conditions of vulnerable groups across BiH.
