Regional Capacity Development Fund (RCDF)
The Regional Capacity Development Fund (RCDF) in Afghanistan’s northern provinces supported public authorities at provincial and district level and of de-concentrated government agencies. GFA provided organizational and process advice to enhance administrative procedures and cooperation mechanisms. Our experts supported provincial and district authorities in the use of budgets and the financing of development measures thus enabling local governments to identify, plan and manage infrastructure development and monitor its implementation.
