Study to develop and support tracer study methodology - Amman Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
The study supported the EDU-Syria consortium in developing and implementing a graduate tracer system to monitor the academic and professional pathways of EDU-Syria scholarship recipients since 2015. It focused on creating a standardised IT-based monitoring system, conducting a comprehensive tracer study, and building capacity within the consortium through training on survey methodologies and data analysis. By aligning scholarship programmes with labour market needs and highlighting success stories, the study enhanced understanding of employability outcomes and strengthened the impact of higher education for Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians.
