Support for the formulation of GAP III Country Level Implementation

The project supported the formulation of the Gender Action Plan III (GAP III) Country Level Implementation Plan (CLIP) for South Sudan. It focused on conducting a detailed problem analysis, identifying priority thematic areas, and recommending actions to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment. The study incorporated cross-cutting issues such as climate change, human rights, and disability inclusion, and emphasised lessons learned from past EU initiatives. By engaging stakeholders and aligning with national policies, the project enhanced strategic planning and implementation for gender-focused interventions in South Sudan.
