Support to gender equality and women political participation
This project is implemented in the framework (Lot 3) of the EU European Neighbourhood Instrument “ENI East Global Allocation 2019“. The global objective is to support enhanced gender equality and women political participation in Georgia. This particular assignment is timely, warranted and justified, as it intends: To directly contribute to Georgia’s increased integration of gender equality and mainstreaming in its national and strategic policies, mainly through supporting an increased participation of women in the Georgian political landscape. Specifically to support relevant Georgian authorities in enhancing gender equality as a cross-cutting issue in all fields of EU-Georgia cooperation; and advancing on greater women participation in politics.
