MSME lending at Hipotekarna Banka
The project focused on strategic planning, MSME product development and MSME credit analysis capacities in order to successfully expand the Bank’s operations and increase its MSME market share. In loan monitoring, collection and restructuring, GFA supported the bank in improving its methodology, policies and procedures, and developed templates for loan monitoring.
