Promotion of administrative justice act and access to information act

This project sought to achieve greater mainstreaming of laws into the business and information processes of selected public service departments and communities.  It strengthened provincial administrations and municipalities in their efforts to improve service delivery. This strategic approach was supposed to create ownership of the selected institutions, strengthen accountability mechanisms, and create active citizenship by empowering citizens to exercise their rights regarding administrative actions and information.
