Customized training services in the areas of M&E
The framework contract on customized training services shall develop skills in areas of HRM, leadership and management, policy development, planning, proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation of staff members of up to 48 public beneficiary organisations in Kampala, in the Western, Eastern and Northern Region. The consortium is service provider in Lot 4: Provision of customized training services in the area of monitoring and evaluation. Three sectors are covered: Health, education and environment.
The project is part of a bigger Support to the Development of Human Resources (SDHR) project of ENABEL implemented in cooperation with the respective sector ministries and the Ministry of Finance. Sector organisation have to apply to be eligible for these trainings to ensure ownership and sustainability.
