Guideline for Decentralised Development Planning in Dak Lak Province released by PPC

Following a 3 year testing period in the project target districts of RDDL, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province has issues a decision to introduce decentralised development planning in all districts of the province.
The present guideline strengthens the participation of the population and in particular of the ethnic minorities in the province in formulating development priorities for public investment and services at village, commune and district levels. Based on participatory precedures at all levels it ensures the integration of these development priorities in the district and provincial socio-economic planning framework and respectiv allocation of budgets.
