With the beginning of the new year of the Buffalo, Mr. Frank Pogade commenced his assignment as the new Chief Technical Advisor and Team Leader of the programme’s Technical Cooperation Component 2 – Capacity Development in Wastewater Management. Mr. Pogade officially started working on February 02, 2009, replacing Mr. Lutz Kleeberg who resigned from his function as WWM team leader and CTA at the end of December 2008.

We kindly welcome Mr. Pogade to our team and wish him a successful start with his new tasks. We strongly believe that his professional background and his long-time experience within the wastewater sector Vietnam will lead to fruitful results on the way towards achieving the programme’s goal of improving the country’s environmental and health conditions in a sustainable way.
