Operation and Maintenance issues are of highest importance for the operators of sewage and drainage systems. Our project has been providing a number of training courses and workshops in the 6 participating cities and would like to disseminate experiences and lessons learned to concerned organizations and institutions. Additionally, we would like to develop our approach for 2010 and 2011, in order to create a stable basis for our O&M activities until the end of project phase 2. Therefore, we are going to conduct a “ Planning Workshop on Operation and Maintenance in Waste Water Systems for 2010 to 2011 ” on January 14, 2010, at Army Hotel, 33 C Phạm Ngũ Lão, Hanoi.

The workshop will be moderated by the WWM team and attended by representatives from the six provinces, the German Development Service ( DED ), the German Development Bank ( KfW ), Southeast Asian Water Utilities Network ( SEAWUN ), BORDA, and the Ministry of Construction.
