On Thursday, September 30^th, 2010, the GFA consulting team of TC Component 2 (WWM Project) is going to organize an internal workshop on lessons-learned during the implementation of the first two phases of the project. The workshop aims at a critical reflection of the project’s approach comprising organizational as well as professional aspects of the project. Achievements as well as failures shall equally be addressed in order to learn and point out recommendations for the ongoing phase 2 as well as a possible phase 3. The workshop results shall help prepare for the upcoming GTZ project progress review (PPR) in November 2010.
