What we do

We are the EU funded Project "Support to the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement", with its short name 'Association4U', meaning 'Association for Ukraine and for you'. The project beneficiaries are:  the Government Office for European Integration, Office of the Vice Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the Line Ministries, implementing the Association Agreement. The main objective of the Project is to enhance the capacities and performance of the Ukraine’s governmental institutions to comprehensively implement their commitments arising from the Association Agreement.

The Project Team is focused  on 4 main areas:

• We are working on legal approximation of the Ukrainian legislation to the EU legislation and establishing first in Ukraine the system for the coordination and monitoring of approximated legislation and certified translations. • We are to equip the Ukrainian public servants & Fellows to be recruited under our Fellowship Programme with advanced knowledge and skills to assist Line Ministries with the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. More details on Component 2 - Development of Human Resources (inc. Fellowship Programme).
• We are here to enhance the inter-institutional coordination of the AA implementation among key stakeholders in terms of strategic planning, regulatory impact assessment, policy analysis and policy-based budgeting. • Information campaign on AA implementation will increase the awareness of Ukrainians about benefits and challenges associated with the reforming of the country in the framework of the implementation of the Association Agreement. More details on Component 4 - Public Communication & Outreach.

The Project is implemented by the Consortium led by GFA Consulting Group Gmbh.
