Development of Human Resources

What do we do in this area?

• Enhance institutional capacities of Ukrainian government institutions, implementing Association Agreement, by developing existing human resources (trainings for personnel of the AA implementing Line Ministries and agencies).

• Develop and implement the Project Fellowship Programme. Here we also focused on trainings, this time on induction trainings for selected Fellows becoming a part of our team, and providing them with relevant knowledge & skills necessary to start public service, as well as continuing with on-job trainings within the Line Ministries.

• Equipping both, Ukrainian public servants and Ukrainian Fellows with comprehensive knowledge and skills required for the AA implementation, we improve cadre potential of the Ukrainian government institutions for them to effectively perform Ukraine's commitments arising from the Association Agreement.
