INSPIRE Day and Second National Workshop Albania

Second National Workshop in Albania
 
Second National Workshop will be organized on the 6th and 7th of March 2013 in Tirana, Albania. Its focus is placed on NSDI Law and other legal and institutional aspects of NSDI and INSPIRE in Albania.
 
First National Workshop in Albania raised interesting and important issues that Second Workshop will try to deepen and reexamine in order to create sustainable flow of valuable information for NSDI stakeholders and broader public. First day is expert-orientated and limited for public because of the highly technical and narrow topics especially intended for people directly involved in INSPIRATION where special emphasis will be put on organization of awareness raising campaign. Second day is open for public and aims to collect wide audience. Participants will be informed on EU legal and political framework, INSPIRE Directive, NDSI/INSPIRE implementation in Albania etc. Participants will have opportunity to participate in discussion.

INSPIRE Day in Albania
 
INSPIRE Day is always a great opportunity for raising awareness of the spatial data infrastructure and INSPIRE in each beneficiary country. INSPIRE Day of Albania will take place in capital city of Albania - Tirana, on 8th March 2013. 
 
Large number of participants are expected to attend INSPIRE Day, from various organizations such as national ministries and agencies, local government, universities and from specialized engineering and research organizations. Many interesting speakers will hold lectures/presentations and will openly discuss with participants about crucial issues connected to SDI, INSPIRATION and situation in Albania related to legal and institutional framework of SDI.
