Western Balkan Regional Energy Efficiency Program

GFA SEE supported GFA Consulting Group in implementing the project EBRD Western Balkan Regional Energy Efficiency Program (REEP): Policy Dialogue – Supporting ESCO projects in the public sector (legal assistance for an ESCO project enabling legal framework) in Serbia and Montenegro. This project supported national legislators from Serbia and Montenegro and contracting parties to the Energy Community Treaty in improving their legislative frameworks and enabling energy performance contracting in the public sector.
