GFA South East Europe is a subsidiary of the Hamburg-based GFA Consulting Group GmbH. Building upon more than 40 years of GFA experience; we implement development cooperation projects in core areas climate and energy. Our regional focus is Western Balkans and our support ranges from capacity building and institutional strengthening, policy making and alignment with the EU acquis, development of national and local public energy and climate strategic documents up to support for preparation of climate change mitigation investments. Smart and climate resilient cities is of special focus with experience in working across the region.

Our Services

The core service of GFA South East Europe is project management including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Additionally, we perform feasibility and sector studies for public and private clients.

Moreover, GFA assists foreign companies entering local markets and helps in organizing conferences and business match-making events.
