- Namibia is paving the way for a substantial green fuels industry. Its ambitious goal to produce 10-12 million tons of hydrogen equivalent per year by 2050 is of global significance.
- The study extends beyond Namibia's borders and focuses on the global importance of sustainable carbon sourcing within the PtX industry.
- Carbon sourcing methods such as Direct Air Capture (DAC), Biogenic Carbon, and Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU) are critical not only for Namibia, but for advancing global decarbonization efforts.
