Employment promotion through virtual reality

For the regional program Promotion of Youth Employment, Education and Vocational Training of Marginalized Youth for the Prevention of Youth Violence in Central America (CaPAZ), GFA developed trainings on behalf of GIZ.

In a job interview training, users enter a job interview situation through virtual reality lenses. During the course of the interview, including preparation (choice of clothing, time management) and the interview itself, the user is confronted with different branching scenarios from which to choose the next action steps and ultimately complete the interview successfully. Along the way, an avatar provides feedback on the choices made.
