Junior PSM Expert Ivory Coast
Project description
The project aims to recruit a Local Fund Agent (LFA) to provide independent oversight of Global Fund grants in Ivory Coast. It focuses on ensuring the effective implementation of programs targeting HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, and health systems strengthening.
The LFA is responsible for verifying financial management, program performance, and data quality across all stakeholders. The overall objective is to ensure transparency, accountability, and value for money in the use of Global Fund resources
Job description
The Junior PSM Expert supports the PSM Expert ensuring effective procurement and supply chain management of health products under Global Fund grants.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the assessment of procurement and supply chain systems
- Contribute to the analysis of forecasting and procurement plans
- Contribute to conducting data reviews and spot checks
- Assist in the evaluation of the availability and management of health commodities
- Contribute to identifying risks and providing recommendations
- Contribute to PSM reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or supply chain and logistics
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Based in Ivory Coast
- Experience in Ivory Coast is required
- Proficiency in French is required
- At least an intermediate level of English is required
