WE SAY NO TO WAR! WAR IS WRONG!

A war goes against all we work for. We are saddened and shocked and angry - all at the same time by the atrocious attack of the Russian regime on Ukraine. 

We have been working throughout Eastern Europe including Russia for the past decades. Together with brilliant, fun loving and dedicated experts we worked to improve living conditions, health conditions, infrastructure conditions and the nature resource base in a participatory and rule-based manner. 

Our thoughts go out to our colleagues in the Ukraine who are holding out in different cities of Ukraine, trying to bring their families to safety or defending their country.  We praise all brave people worldwide protesting against the hideous war. 

We continue to believe and work for peace, democracy and individual freedom for all races, gender and beliefs within sovereign and independent nations.
