European Council on Foreign Relations contracts GFA B.I.S. for SunSystems implementation

GFA B.I.S. is pleased to announce a new customer in the not-for-profit sector. The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) is a pan-European think-tank with offices in seven European capitals namely Berlin, London, Paris, Rome, Madrid, Warsaw and Sofia. It aims at contributing a pan-European perspective to national security and foreign policy discourses and to promote coherence in European foreign policy. With its council of over 250 members and its diverse research programs the ECFR further seeks to advance a continued process of European integration. The Berlin office, located in the heart of the capital’s political district, is currently the biggest national office of the ECFR.

Following a selection process conducted by an external consultant, ECFR chose Infor SunSystems as a replacement for the existing accounting system. A first design workshop was done at the beginning of November 2019. The implemented Sun solution will cover all of ECFR’s legal entities and ensure local statutory reporting. The system is planned to go live by April 2020.
