GFA CONSULTANTS ARE TAKING PART IN VBI IMAGE CAMPAIGN
Next round for “Die Ausdenker”. The image campaign of the same name by the German Association of Consulting Engineers (VBI) is focusing on recruiting young talents with new motifs. The aim is to inspire school students in Germany to consider the exciting and diverse career opportunities in the planning and consulting industry.
The campaign is aimed directly at young people and highlights the crucial role of engineers, architects and consultants in overcoming the key challenges facing society. This is conveyed by the young professionals who are the faces of the campaign. Two colleagues from GFA Consulting Group are also taking part: Chenai Tsorayi, consultant at the Financial Systems Development department, and Henrike Romstedt, consultant at Education, Skills and Employment.
“I would advise students to take their time when choosing a career and to do internships in advance to get a taste of the profession,” says Henrike in her campaign statement. And Chenai adds: “I foresee that a lot of more opportunities will continue to become available in the sector as the world continues to adapt to climate change.”
Henrike, Chenai and more than 20 other testimonials from VBI member companies represent the diversity of the planning industry with their individual perspectives and experiences. The campaign highlights the wide range of professions, ranging from civil engineers and surveying technicians to architects and consultants.
“Presenting this diversity is an important step in showing young people how varied and fulfilling a career in the industry can be,” the VBI states. The campaign shows that working in planning and consulting firms is not only technically demanding, but also of great social relevance.
In addition to an updated landing page, the campaign will include social media posts, the distribution of new brochures and other activities.
