MANAGING DIRECTORS' MEETING ON THE STRATEGIC REALIGNMENT OF THE GFA GROUP
GFA GROUP is repositioning itself with a sharpened strategy and a new common brand design. The globally active coalition of nine companies under the umbrella of GFA Holding is thus addressing an international environment currently characterised by crises and uncertainties. "With our broad diversity of expertise, potential synergies, and short coordination channels within the group, we believe we are well positioned for the current situation and future challenges," said Anja Desai, one of the managing directors of GFA Holding, at the annual meeting of all GFA GROUP company managers in Hamburg.
GFA GROUP consists of GFA Consulting Group with its subsidiaries GFA Certification, GFA South East Europe and TolaData – as well as GFA B.I.S., GKW Consult, GFA SysCom, HEAT and Projekt-Consult. The expertise of these companies covers a wide and growing range of areas, technical advice, programme management, engineering, digital transformation and certification.
According to Daniel Wahby, Head of Shareholding Management at GFA GROUP, the goal set last year to raise the profile of the GFA GROUP as a jointly operating corporate platform is already well on its way: "We are operating more coordinated than before as a group, and since mid-March we have been underscoring this with our new, consistent brand design and a common understanding of our identity and mission."
Another part of the strategic realignment are organisational adjustments, that the managing directors of GFA GROUP companies discussed at their meeting in Hamburg. For example, the role of GFA Holding will change in 2025. "As the parent company, it will increasingly assume financial and administrative services for all group companies," says GFA Holding Managing Director Heiko Weißleder. The managers of GFA GROUP companies have expressed their strong commitment to joint cooperation.
