RURAL WATER SUPPLY PROGRAM IV IN ALBANIA - DRAFT BUSINESS PLAN PRESENTATION

Beginning of April, the expert team of GFA and ValuAdd presented to the UK Himara Management a draft business plan developed within the framework of the project “Rural Water Supply Program IV (RWSP IV)” accompanying measures. The final draft plan was submitted by the end of April 2022 and covers aspects among others as tariff strategy, strategic long-term vision for its organizational development goals, five-year capital investment plan, detailed strategy for the organizational and personnel restructuring, draft of a first outline of the sludge disposal concept, and intensification of promotion efforts by UK Himara through its social media presence.
The #RWSP IV is funded via grant funds from a German bilateral cooperation - the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, through Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) and is implemented by the Albanian Development Fund (ADF).
