Second SunSystems User Day for Not for Profit customers in Berlin

Posted on 30 Jun, 2026 by Harald Litterscheid

On 18 June, GFA B.I.S. hosted the second SunSystems User Day at its offices in Berlin. For our clients in the not-for-profit sector, the event focused primarily on sharing experiences and insights related to SunSystems. Each organisation delivered a presentation showcasing specific solutions for process automation and reporting, providing participants with new ideas and inspiration.

In addition, GFA B.I.S. presented a newly developed SunSystems add-on for AI-powered invoice processing, which attracted considerable interest. The solution integrates seamlessly with SunSystems and supports users throughout the invoice booking process, helping to minimise errors and accelerate financial operations.

Furthermore, it includes a configurable approval workflow that automatically routes invoices to the appropriate approvers based on predefined business rules. This ensures greater transparency, compliance and control throughout the approval process, while providing real-time visibility into invoice status and processing progress.
