TOGO: CONSTRUCTION OF A WELL-EQUIPPED AUTOMATIC WATER STATION FOR THE VILLAGE OF KOVETO

Posted on 1 Dec, 2020 by GFA

In partnership with the NGO Action Charité et Développement (ACDev), a GFA BRIDGES project completed the construction of a borehole with an autonomous water station in the community of Koveto, Togo in 2020 – 2021. The project aimed to solve the problem of drinking water in this community of 2,273 inhabitants. With the completion of the project, the community residents have access to drinking water, which reduces the time they spend searching for water and increases good hygiene practices that prevent water-borne diseases.

This project was initiated by Kossi Assafogan and Juliette Berdaguer from GFA.
