Posted on 18 Nov, 2024 by Lena Schlomach

By mid-November the GFA project team in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) organized a technical platform for the provincial and national program team in Kinshasa for the second time, GFA experts from over 12 provinces across the DRC gathered to share experiences and discuss challenges that they face in their role as fiscal agents/assurance providers within the field units. This meeting highlighted the critical importance of knowledge sharing to improve project implementation at the provincial level and to foster the strong sense of team spirit that defines our GFA Fiscal Agent/Assurance Provider work in the DRC. A great start to our new project phase with GAVI and the Global Fund.
