Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in the Public Sector (REEEPublic)

This assignment was embedded within the GIZ project "Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in the Public Sector (REEEPublic)". The intention was to promote Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in the public sector via implementing varied activities such as development of a national standards that incorporate minimum requirement criteria for classifying buildings under different EE classes. A communication strategy was simultaneously developed with the inclusion of an institutionalized MRV system. A pilot project to retrofit eight buildings is the primary core task that requires the expert team, on the ground to work closely with involved stakeholders.
