This assignment is embedded within the project of the GIZ: Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in the Public Sector (REEEPublic). The intention of the project is to promote Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in the public sector via implementing varied activities such as; the development of a national standards that incorporate minimum requirement criteria for classifying buildings under different EE classes. A communication strategy is simultaneously developed with the inclusion of an institutionalized MRV system. A pilot project to retrofit 8 buildings is the primary core task that requires the expert team, on the ground, to work closely with involved stakeholders.
